Privacy Policy
Read Norinori Puzzle’s privacy policy on handling account details, browser saves, feedback, cookies, analytics, advertising, and privacy requests.

This Privacy Policy explains how Norinori Puzzle handles information when you use norinoripuzzle.com. For questions or requests, contact support@norinoripuzzle.com.
Information we handle
Playing and browser saves
You can play public puzzles without an account. Puzzle moves, elapsed time, and progress are saved in your browser's local storage when it is available. Daily and archive progress are stored separately by UTC date and game mode. Practice saves are associated with a numbered puzzle. A timed run is stored locally on the same device. These saves do not sync through your account. Browser preferences, such as your theme and language, may also use local storage or cookies.
Local saving does not mean every interaction with the website stays on your device: page requests, account actions, feedback, and enabled analytics involve network requests as described below.
Optional accounts
When Google sign-in is available and you choose to use it, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We store authentication records, provider tokens where supplied, and session information needed to operate sign-in. Sessions may include an IP address and browser user agent. We do not receive your Google password, and this site does not currently offer email-and-password registration.
We also record the registration method and, when available, a referral source or campaign source. Registration notifications may include your name, email address, sign-up time, approximate country, and browser language.
Feedback and email
We store messages submitted through the feedback form, any name and email address you provide, and the submission time. If you are signed in, a feedback submission can be associated with your account. Email correspondence includes the sender address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.
Technical information
Hosting, security, and content-delivery services process information needed to receive requests and serve the website, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details, and request times. This information can help diagnose failures and prevent abuse.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts and sessions, deliver the website, answer enquiries, investigate problems, protect the service, and understand how the site is used. Account-related email, including a welcome message, may be sent when the email service is enabled.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve providing a service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, complying with legal obligations, or consent where required. A privacy notice does not replace any consent required for optional tracking.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Session and preference cookies support sign-in and site settings. A referral cookie may retain the source of a visit for account registration. Optional services depend on which integrations are enabled; the following describes those services rather than promising that every provider runs on every page.
- Google Analytics: when enabled, collects website usage information such as page visits, referral information, browser and device details, and interactions. It may use cookies or similar identifiers. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
- Microsoft Clarity: when enabled, captures interaction information, such as clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session replays, to help us understand usability and improve the site. It can use first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. Microsoft's own handling of this information is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google AdSense: where Google ads are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can manage Google's personalised advertising through Google Ad Settings and learn about participating vendors' choices at YourAdChoices.
- Adsterra: where enabled, its advertising services may process browser, device, network, and advertising-interaction information. Follow the provider's privacy information for its data practices and available choices.
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies and site storage. Doing so may sign you out or remove saved puzzles and preferences. Blocking cookies alone may not stop all network requests or analytics processing. Provider controls and browser tracking protections offer additional choices.
Service providers and external links
We use infrastructure and service providers to deliver the site and support its operation. These include Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, Google for optional sign-in and hosted fonts, and the analytics or advertising services described above when enabled. Loading Google Fonts sends a request from your browser to Google.
When configured, Resend processes recipient addresses and message content for account email. Internal registration notifications can be delivered through Tencent WeCom to the site operator. Account infrastructure may be shared with related puzzle websites; this does not make your browser saves portable between sites or devices.
Information may also be disclosed when necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to valid legal requests, or protect users and the service. Links to other websites take you to services with their own policies; this policy does not govern them.
Retention and security
Browser saves remain until they are cleared, replaced, or removed by the browser. Server-side account records, feedback, correspondence, and technical records have different retention needs. We retain information as needed for the purpose it was collected, including handling requests, maintaining security, and meeting applicable legal obligations; there is no single retention period for all categories.
We use access controls and service protections to help safeguard information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, whose privacy laws may differ.
Your choices and requests
You can play public puzzles without signing in, choose what to include in a message, and clear local site data through your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete an account or a feedback message stored by us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send requests to support@norinoripuzzle.com, or use our feedback form and include a contact address when a reply is needed. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect the service.
Children
Norinori Puzzle is intended for a general audience. Children should use the site with a parent or guardian's guidance and should not submit personal information without appropriate permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the consent required by applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, email support@norinoripuzzle.com or visit Contact.
