Help us reopen the same puzzle

For an Unlimited board, use Copy link in its puzzle menu and include the numbered link. For Daily or Archive, include the UTC date and Core 1–3 or Bonus 1–2 position. For a Timed run, include the board size and puzzle number if available, and say whether the issue happened while playing or between boards.

A puzzle link identifies the original board, not your shading. Describe the cells you marked, counting rows from the top and columns from the left, starting at 1.

A useful report format

• Board: numbered link, or UTC date and daily position.
• Action: what you selected and which control you used.
• Result: what you expected, what happened, and any error message.
• Device: phone, tablet or computer, plus browser name and version if known.

Before reporting lost progress

Progress stays in the browser and game mode where you played. Changing devices, clearing site data or ending a private-browsing session may remove local progress. Signing in does not restore deleted local marks.

An active Timed countdown continuing while you are away is expected behavior. See Timed Norinori for its clock rules and How to Play for the controls.

Account, privacy and content requests

Explain what you need and provide enough information to identify your own account or earlier message. The Privacy Policy describes data handling and your choices.

For an incorrect explanation, include the guide URL and the sentence in question. This independent site cannot manage another publisher's accounts or daily puzzles.
